Carol Danko has more than two decades of senior-level experience across the executive branch, Congress, the private sector, and financial services trade associations, effectively advocating for clients through public policy, advocacy, and communications.
Carol recently served as vice president of government affairs at Prudential Financial - a leading Fortune 100 company for life insurance, investment management, and retirement planning products - where she advocated for federal policies related to financial services, lifetime income, data privacy and AI innovation.
In the first Trump administration, she served in multiple senior roles where she effectively managed communications teams and advised principals on effective messaging and crisis management. Outside of work, she serves as the chair of the Shakespeare Theatre Company’s “Will on the Hill” Advisory Committee – a unique Washington, DC event that brings together lawmakers, media, and influencers for an evening to raise money for arts education.
She holds a B.A. from Emory University in political science and psychology and a M.P.A. from New York University in international policy.
