Caroline Farr brings nearly a decade of experience across the Trump Administration, Capitol Hill, and national campaign committees. Her background gives her a sophisticated lens into how policy is crafted, advanced, and ultimately shaped by the political landscape.
Caroline joins Continental Strategy from the Department of the Treasury, where she built and managed the Department's coalition and advocacy efforts and worked hand-in-hand with key Congressional staff to advance some of Treasury's most consequential legislative priorities. In addition to her work in Treasury’s Office of Legislative Affairs, Caroline also served in the Deputy Secretary's office, where she engaged in policy coordination throughout the building at the highest level.
Prior to Treasury, Caroline spent five years at the Republican National Committee, where she led major donor regional fundraising efforts across two presidential cycles and rose to Midwest Finance Director, cultivating an extensive network of major donors across the region. She was based at Trump Campaign headquarters in West Palm Beach during the 2024 cycle, working alongside senior leadership to drive the Party's national fundraising strategy. She got her start in fundraising at the NRCC under Chairman Tom Emmer (R-MN), where she worked closely with Members of Congress and their chiefs of staff to drive fundraising goals and support the committee's efforts. Caroline began her career on Capitol Hill in the office of Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA).
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and is a native of Warrenton, Virginia.
