Fara Sonderling is a Vice President at Continental Strategy, bringing more than a decade of experience in government affairs, public policy, and advocacy, representing organizations and industries before policymakers at the federal and state levels.
Her extensive background provides her with a deep understanding of the legislative and regulatory landscape and the ability to navigate complex policy challenges.
Fara joins Continental Strategy from Converge Public Strategies, where she served as Senior Director, advising clients on government affairs and public policy matters.
Prior to Converge, Fara spent nearly eight years at the American Forest & Paper Association, representing industry interests and engaging with policymakers on legislative and regulatory priorities. Her experience also includes roles with the National Community Pharmacists Association and the American Legislative Exchange Council, where she worked on policy issues affecting businesses and industries across the country.
A native of Aventura, Florida, Fara resides in Falls Church, Virginia, with her husband and two sons.
