Henry Riche is a policy and government affairs professional with experience at the intersection of foreign policy, national security, and emerging technologies. His work bridges strategic research and hands-on program management, advancing initiatives that strengthen American institutions and promote responsible governance.
Before joining Continental Strategy, Henry worked at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C., where he served as a Program Coordinator and Research Assistant. In that role, he helped design and execute high-level convenings and research efforts focused on artificial intelligence, defense modernization, and global security. He was responsible for developing written materials, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and supporting long-term strategic initiatives.
Henry's background also includes experience in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he supported Congressman Greg Steube's Washington office. There, he contributed to legislative research, foreign affairs briefings, and constituent engagement efforts, deepening his understanding of congressional operations and policymaking.
Henry is currently pursuing his master's in International Affairs and Strategic Studies at King's College London.
