Jackson Damon is a Policy Associate at Continental Strategy, where he focuses on healthcare, financial services, and trade policy. In this role, he supports clients in navigating complex federal policy and regulatory environments, developing legislative strategies, and building relationships across Capitol Hill and executive agencies.
Before joining Continental, Jackson served in the Florida House of Representatives as a Legislative Aide, where he worked on a variety of issues including healthcare, criminal justice reform, and veteran's affairs. His experience in the legislature provided him with a strong understanding of the policymaking process and the intersection between state and federal priorities.
Jackson has also consulted and managed numerous political campaigns across Florida, helping candidates craft winning messages, build coalitions, and effectively reach voters. In addition, he has experience in the private sector as a Risk Advisory Associate at Cherry Bekaert LLP and as an Investment Advisor in the financial services industry.
A Florida native, Jackson earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University and his Master of International Business from the University of Florida. He has earned the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses while working in the private sector. He lives in Arlington, Virginia with his wife, Sophia.
