Before joining Continental Strategy, Kelsii served as Policy Communications Manager at the Western Caucus Foundation in Washington, D.C., where she supported a coalition of congressional offices and advocacy partners. In this role, she oversaw daily operations, drafted issue briefs on federal environmental and infrastructure policy, and executed high-level stakeholder events that advanced the Foundation’s legislative priorities. Her work contributed directly to engaging policymakers and the media in support of Western U.S. interests.

A versatile professional with experience across both public and private sectors, Kelsii previously served as Vice President of Client Services at Giggster, Inc., a platform for media and entertainment production. There, she led a cross-functional team responsible for customer success, business development, and operations strategy—managing high-value client portfolios and driving growth through data-driven tools and process innovation.

Kelsii will obtain dual Master’s degrees in Political Science—focusing on European and Global Affairs—from Sciences Po-Grenoble in France and the Università degli Studi di Padova in Italy in fall 2025. She previously earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Arizona.
