Before joining Continental Strategy, Kelsii served as Policy Communications Manager at the Western Caucus Foundation in Washington, D.C., where she supported a coalition of congressional offices and advocacy partners. In this role, she oversaw daily operations, drafted issue briefs on federal environmental and infrastructure policy, and executed high-level stakeholder events that advanced the Foundation's legislative priorities.

A versatile professional with experience across both public and private sectors, Kelsii previously served as Vice President of Client Services at Giggster, Inc., a platform for media and entertainment production. There, she led a cross-functional team responsible for customer success, business development, and operations strategy, managing high-value client portfolios and driving growth through data-driven tools and process innovation.

Kelsii will obtain dual Master's degrees in Political Science, focusing on European and Global Affairs, from Sciences Po-Grenoble in France and the Università degli Studi di Padova in Italy in fall 2025.
