She has supported high-level client engagements with European institutions, managed media relations, and developed targeted PR and marketing strategies for global brands. Additionally, she has conducted political and security threat assessments, offering strategic insights for organizations operating in high-stakes environments.

Beyond her work in policy, Paulina founded Reinforce English Solutions, a language reinforcement service for businesses and non-profits in Latin America, equipping professionals with the skills needed to enhance their international presence.

She is multilingual, fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, with knowledge of Portuguese.
