Craig Carbone has been an instrumental leader in federal policy, high-profile campaign wins, and strategic coordination across the highest levels of government. As a long-serving Chief of Staff for U.S. Senator Rick Scott (FL), Craig led strategic initiatives and messaging efforts that helped define the Senate conservative agenda.

Craig worked closely with the Departments of Defense, Commerce, Homeland Security, and State, as well as key stakeholders across the White House, National Republican Senatorial Committee, and Senate and House leadership.

Craig played a pivotal role in Scott’s 2018 Senate victory - one of the closest and most watched races in the country - successfully navigating a full statewide machine and hand recount. CNN named it the “Best Campaign of 2018.”
