Before joining Continental Strategy, Paul spent several years at the International Franchise Association (IFA), where he played a key role in advancing the interests of the franchise business community. His work focused on building relationships with policymakers, leading grassroots advocacy efforts, and shaping legislative initiatives that supported franchise owners nationwide.

His passion for public service was further shaped by his experience working for Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC). During his time in Congress, Paul gained firsthand insight into the legislative process.

Paul combines his communication expertise with his policy acumen to develop thoughtful solutions and deliver results for clients. His dedication to fostering collaboration and advocating for meaningful change continues to make a lasting impact in the government relations field.

He graduated with a Bachelors in Strategic Communication from High Point University.
