Tom's distinguished career includes pivotal roles such as Legislative Affairs Director and Senior Policy Advisor for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and the Florida Turnpike Enterprise, where he played a crucial role in shaping transportation policies and advancing infrastructure initiatives across the state. He also served as Executive Director of the Florida Transportation Commission, advising the governor and legislature on transportation policy and playing a critical role in selecting the Secretary of Transportation.

Beyond his contributions to government, Tom brings a wealth of industry knowledge from the private sector. For four years, he served as Director of Toll Technologies at PayIt, a leading national enterprise SaaS provider specializing in government solutions, where he spearheaded strategic go-to-market initiatives and drove key sales pursuits in the transportation technology market.

Tom currently resides in Tallahassee, Florida with his wife Heather, step-children Taylor and Sal, and their dog, Doak.
