Before joining Continental Strategy, Tyler served as the Chief of Staff at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, managing a budget of over $200 million and a workforce of 1,600 employees statewide. His service in the DeSantis Administration includes distinguished leadership roles within various state agencies along with two years working in the Executive Office of the Governor.

As Chief of Staff at Enterprise Florida, Inc., he orchestrated operations for the state's economic development agency. As Deputy Chief of Staff at the Florida Department of Management Services, he managed critical divisions and policies affecting all of Florida's state government. As Deputy Legislative Affairs Director in the Executive Office of the Governor, he assisted in accomplishing Governor DeSantis' campaign promises and other key initiatives.

A versatile professional with experience across both public and private sectors, Tyler also served as a Senior Consultant at Coastal Cloud, a Florida-based IT consulting firm, where he spearheaded the implementation of innovative technology solutions for government organizations.

Tyler currently resides in Tallahassee, Florida with his wife Katy, son Harris, and dogs Walker and Polly.
